  3. Your relocation coordinator makes arrangements for an onsite survey of your personal possessions to determine the size of your shipment and any other additional needs you may have.
  4. A van line agent transmits the survey information to your Smart Moves™ relocation coordinator.
  5. Your moving coordinator from the selected van line next calculates the cost of your move and our volume discounts.
  6. Your moving coordinator from the selected van line discusses the cost, dates options and may ask you a few further questions regarding your move.
  7. Your moving coordinator from the selected van line completes the arrangements.
  8. Your moving coordinator from the selected van line stays with you to manage the entire move.
